Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional service, and uphold culinary standards in a fast-paced urban setting. Lead staff, schedule and train, monitor guest feedback, control costs, and collaborate with the culinary team to craft and execute appealing menus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory or management experience, hotel F&B experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong associate relations skills and conflict resolutions skills
• Prior cash handling experience
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
• Experience with MICROS POS system
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATION
• CPR Certification preferred
• Hepatitis A clearance within 10 days of hire
• Able to work AM and PM Shifts
