An established industry player is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead the culinary experience at a vibrant coastal resort. Piper restaurant, located at The Seabird Resort in sunny Oceanside, CA. Guest enjoy fresh, handmade pastas and garden-to-table delicacies in a bright, convivial, California-coastal setting just off the beach. Restaurant is open in the morning for breakfast and freshly pressed juice. By night, Piper transforms into a warmly intimate space with an open kitchen, full bar and wraparound outdoor patio.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
The salary range for this position is $68,640.00-$79,400.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
