Job duties and requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and build relationships with guests while encouraging regulars.
• 1-2 years experience in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and team members.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers & upper management both front and back of the house.
• Passion to learn.
• Use of Toast POS system.
• Ability to maintain a clean working environment and personal presentation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to supervise a small group of team members to accomplish what needs to be done on a given shift.
• Team attitude and work as any job needed for the day (market and/or café duties that arise).
• ServSafe and BASSETT/TIPS Certified (within 90 days).
