Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Floor Manager to work with the Floor Manager to ensure products are available, fresh, and presented according to HACCP guidelines. You will foster customer relationships, drive sales, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include leading a team, training staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe working/shopping environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity and respect.
• Communicate with customers and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment (box cutter, knives, scales, etc.) per OSHA guidelines.
• Follow HACCP procedures and maintain 'Always Fresh' standards.
• Assist with product presentation, rotation, labeling, and replenishment.
• Maintain in-stock positions and monitor inventory through cycle counts.
• Glean product knowledge and execute Department procedures per Corporate Audit.
