Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior accounting or leadership role.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in preparing financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, Fixed Assets, and General Accounting.
