SmartBank in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an Assistant Financial Center Manager to lead the branch team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach and develop staff, support sales initiatives, and maintain strict controls on cash and compliance.

You’ll promote SmartBank products, manage client relationships, and ensure service standards while maintaining a positive, collaborative branch culture focused on integrity and results.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Banking experience and supervisory background preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Financial Services Representatives to deliver excellent client service and accuracy.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while upholding policies and service standards.
• Resolve complex client concerns and build lasting client relationships.
• Promote SmartBank products and services and deepen client relationships.
• Support branch sales initiatives, team development, and performance goals.
• Monitor cash levels, conduct surprise cash audits, and ensure operational controls.
• Assist with account openings, deposits, and other client service needs.
• Serve as primary branch leader in the absence of the Financial Center Manager.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, including BSA and related laws.

What You'll Do

As the Assistant Financial Center Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, cultivating outstanding client experiences, and supporting the success of the Financial Center team.

• Lead and support Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) to deliver exceptional client service and operational accuracy.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while reinforcing policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with resolving complex client concerns and building lasting client relationships.
• Promote SmartBank products and services while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Support branch sales initiatives, team development, and performance goals.
• Monitor branch cash levels, conduct surprise cash audits, and ensure adherence to operational controls.
• Assist with account openings, deposit products, and other client service needs.
• Serve as the primary branch leader in the absence of the Financial Center Manager.
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other applicable laws.
• Champion SmartBank's culture, values, and commitment to creating exceptional experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience: Banking experience required Previous Sr. Financial Services Representative experience or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
