We are hiring an Assistant Financial Center Manager to join our Line Lexington Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Center Manager in leading sales, service, management, and audit functions.
• Provide quality customer service and supervise staff.
• Oversee teller operations ensuring compliance with policies and security procedures.
• Typically have 3+ years of consumer banking experience.

Branch Hours

• Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (2-3 Saturdays/month)

Position Includes

• Work with the Branch Manager to grow revenue.
• Motivate and coach staff.
• Develop sales strategies and build relationships.
• Participate in business development and perform teller duties when needed.
• Ensure policy compliance and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• NMLS registration.
• Proven sales results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership and supervisory experience (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with MS Office.
• Community involvement.

Wage Range

Starting at $55,000 annually.
