Responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Center Manager in leading sales, service, management, and audit functions for the Financial Center.
• Provide quality customer service and supervise staff to ensure operational compliance, including deposit processing, cash handling, and security operations.
• Typically have 3+ years of consumer banking experience.

Branch Hours

Doylestown: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Position Includes

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to increase revenue
• Motivate and coach staff to meet goals
• Develop sales and acquisition strategies
• Build relationships with partners
• Coach staff for career development
• Participate in business development
• Perform teller duties when needed
• Resolve customer issues
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• NMLS registration
• Proven sales results

Wage Range

Starting at $55,000 annually
