The role includes supervising Field Techs, training, and safety oversight while supporting hiring decisions.

Qualificações

• High School/GED required.
• Water/Wastewater Operator license from TCEQ preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and communication, supervisory, organizational and public relations skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Field Supervisor with planning, installation, maintenance and repair of water and sewer mains, services, hydrants and valves.
• Supervise Field Tech positions, including assessment, training and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Read blueprints and complete field service orders; maintain records.
