Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on a Richmond, VA project. This is a full-time, in-person role based at the job site, with a focus on safety, coordination of trades, and schedule execution.

You will collaborate with project management and trade partners to keep the project on track and ensure quality workmanship. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of commercial or large-scale residential construction experience, strong communication, and

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods, climb ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.
