Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of garment construction and product development process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support handoff design development from design to production, coordinating development details and PO execution.
• Organize and maintain samples for presentation readiness and efficient sample management.
• Coordinate with Sample Production team for timely sample delivery and tracking.
• Assist CAD development using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for PLM and internal systems.
• Support trend research, inspiration boards, and presentation materials for seasonal design and development.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join our 90 Degree by Reflex team. This role, you will support the Design team throughout the product development process by assisting with sample execution, technical design, product organization, and day-to-day design operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about women’s athleisure and activewear fashion. They possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while contributing to innovative, trend-right product development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the handoff design development from the design team to production by coordinating development details, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating timely purchase order execution.
• Organize and maintain samples to ensure presentation readiness and efficient sample management.
• Maintain and organize product samples, coordinating with the Sample Production team to ensure timely sample delivery, tracking, and presentation readiness.
• Support CAD development using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, including preparing artwork, colorways, and technical design assets for PLM and other internal systems.
• Assist with trend research, inspiration boards, and presentation materials for seasonal design and product development.
• Maintain strong organizational skills while effectively managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
