Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an organized, creative Assistant/Associate Designer to support our design team across multiple stages of the product development process in apparel. This role is ideal for an early-career designer passionate about fashion and eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include trend research, creating sketches and CADs, assisting with line sheets and presentation boards, and coordinating development calendars.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of apparel, fashion, or product design experience preferred.
• Strong sketching, illustration, and CAD skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of line sheets, tech packs, and apparel development processes is a plus.
