This is a multidiscipline security position supporting the Dayton Facility Security Officer (FSO) and the Huntsville Corporate Special Program Manager. This position will interface with all Radiance Technologies personnel, including executive leadership, senior management, and government personnel to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, and DoDM 5105.21.
Job Responsibilities :
- Support all Dayton activities and responsibilities in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, SCI, SAP, and customer compliance.
- Perform as the "Acting" FSO in the absence of the FSO.
- Assist the FSO with annual security self-inspections and support DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments or Continuous Monitoring Engagements.
- Conduct annual security self-inspections and support SCI and SAP security compliance inspections.
- Manage the document control accountability process in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoD, and other applicable regulations and directives governing the receiving, inventory, safeguarding, marking, transportation, and destruction of classified information.
- Assist the Corporate Physical Security Manager with access control systems and physical security measures for the Dayton facility.
- Assist in managing DISS, visit requests, personnel security inquiries, and eAPP initiations.
- Oversee classified visitor and meeting activities.
- Assist in Security Education and Awareness (SETA) development, initiatives, and presentations.
- Assist staff with the completion and submittal of SF86s, SCI, and SAP nominations.
- Assist staff with CAC requests and acquisitions for multiple customers.
- Liaise with customer and subcontractor security offices on security issues.
- Stay informed of new regulations and security developments by participating in security community events.
- Analyze problems and establish goals to complete objectives set forth by management.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of DoD Industrial security experience.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- SAP eligible.
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoDM 520.07, DoDM 5105.21, and other DoD Security Directives.
- Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, NISS, and eQIP.
Desired Qualifications :
- Knowledge of CSSO / CPSO responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Sign In Solutions software.
- Knowledge of NASIC security processes.
- Experience managing DD Form 254s.
- Experience working with ICD 705.
