Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO).
• Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 3 months of hire.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas and amenities.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and provide solutions.
• Assist with monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Serve on the club Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department.
• Attend weekly department head, Operations department, and all-club meetings.
• Build positive relationships with members and collect feedback.
• Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities
• Responds to member feedback with urgency and provides follow up communication with solutions
• Assists the manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations
• Assists in training team members through providing on going training, coaching, counseling, and continuous feedback
• Serves on the club Safety Committee ensuring policies and regulations are in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Assists with the recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department
• Attends weekly department head, Operations department, and "all club" meetings
• Builds positive relationship with members while gathering feedback
• Coordinates and creates Operations staff schedules

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO)
• Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 3 months of hire
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Preferred Requirements

• Health and fitness operations experience
• College degree in business, hospitality, or related field
• Experience with building operations

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $26.00 and pays up to $37.50, based on experience and qualifications.
