Responsibilities

1. Basic Function: Assist in managing the daily operations of the assigned location, ensuring contractual guidelines are met, fostering good client relations, and maintaining a professional business approach.
2. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop property-level financial and operational goals.
4. Manage daily activities, including customer interactions, supervising staff, preparing reports, auditing cashier reports, monitoring time cards, hiring and training staff, reviewing damage claims, disbursing petty cash, and assisting with budgeting.
5. Assist customers courteously and answer inquiries.
6. Help maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance as directed.
7. Report accidents, violations, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
8. Assist in cleanup tasks such as debris or spills.
9. Have thorough knowledge of the garage and surrounding area landmarks.
10. Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

To perform successfully, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; parking experience preferred.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and nights if required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and exercise sound judgment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $58,600 annually
