Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations at the assigned location, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and maintaining professional client relations.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop financial and operational goals at the property level.
• Supervise daily activities including customer interaction, staff scheduling, report completion, cash handling, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist customers courteously and answer inquiries.
• Support maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
• Report accidents, violations, hazards, or unusual occurrences.
• Assist with cleanup of debris or spills.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage and surrounding area.
• Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; parking experience preferred.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, adaptability, and sound judgment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle cash, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $19.00/hour
