Overview

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing daily operations at the assigned location, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and fostering good client relations.
  2. Participate in programs to improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Help develop financial and operational goals at the property level.
  4. Oversee daily activities including customer interaction, report completion, bank deposits, staff scheduling, supervising frontline staff, preparing reports, auditing cashier reports, monitoring time cards, hiring and training staff, reviewing damage claims, petty cash disbursement, and assisting with budgeting.
  5. Provide courteous assistance to customers and answer questions.
  6. Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
  7. Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  8. Help with cleanup of debris, spills, etc.
  9. Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
  10. Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  1. High School diploma required; parking experience preferred.
  2. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed.
  3. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  5. Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing environments and exercise sound judgment.
  7. Physical ability to stand, walk, handle cash, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
