The Assistant Facility Manager works closely with the Facility Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the facility. You'll serve as a key liaison between property management, security, tenants, and visitors while helping to resolve employee, client, and customer issues as they arise. This role demands someone who can balance the big picture with the fine details - from financial reporting to team development to customer satisfaction.
On the operational and financial side, you will assist with monitoring and analyzing market rate structures, prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports, complete daily collections reports and ticket summaries reconciled with bank deposits, prepare daily bank deposits and monitor cash receipts, process invoices, and enroll and manage monthly contract partners including account management, invoicing, payment collection, and GL posting.
When it comes to compliance and safety, you will ensure that all parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed, participate in audits as needed, monitor and review damage claims, implement corrective plans to improve operational safety, and uphold full compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
On the people and team leadership side, you will lead, direct, and develop your team to meet annual and periodic goals, oversee payroll processing and timekeeping in collaboration with HR and the payroll department, and ensure wage and hour compliance across the board.
For customer and client success, you will work to maximize revenue, manage expenses, and elevate customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest service standards aligned with client expectations, monitor facility cleanliness and recommend aesthetic improvements, and ensure full delivery of all contractual obligations between Legacy Parking and its clients.
