Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of HVAC or mechanical technician experience (preferred)
• One year of lead or supervisory experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with equipment lubrication, air filter changes, and maintenance of air handlers
• Record keeping and work requests
• Lighting, ballast replacement, electrical troubleshooting and installations
• Plumbing repairs, drain clearing, faucet repairs
• Air compressor maintenance, oil changes, exchanger cleaning
• Pump and strainers cleaning, exhaust systems, belt changes
• Cooling system maintenance, coil cleaning, temperature adjustments
• Heating system and steam boiler repairs
