The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned program administrator to oversee daily facility operations and coordinate programme efforts in alignment with company policies and client expectations.

You will supervise staff, develop offender-related programs, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong candidate will demonstrate leadership, planning, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Five years of full-time program administration experience.
• Two years of supervision experience.
• Ability to write clear reports and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct program and daily operations in line with policy and client standards.
• Develop offender-related programs (e.g., substance abuse, special needs).
• Supervise counseling, education, and recreational staff and training.
• Conduct employee interviews and hiring decisions with objective criteria.
• Provide guidance and training to supervisory staff to improve performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for management tools.
