Responsibilities

• Plans and leads administration, security and treatment programs.
• Develops and maintains relationships with client departments and representatives.
• Enforces policies and directs staff to achieve goals and ensure efficient operations.
• Directs facility functions, delegates duties, and oversees staff development.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare of detainees and staff and the facility's property.
• Maintains contact with government and private agencies; responds to major incidents 24/7.
