Job summary

Uline is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for the Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center in Wisconsin. You will supervise maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams, and coordinate trades in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC to keep the facility safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include inspecting sites, managing vendor contracts, and compiling reports for management. The role requires hands-on leadership and availability for after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Assist with maintenance work.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams.
• Assign duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and security.
• Routinely inspect buildings, sites and equipment and respond to repairs.
• Work with vendors and oversee contracted services.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.
