You'll perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems; inspect assets; assist with equipment installs; manage work orders; and support energy efficiency.
As a CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be an indispensable part of our team, directly contributing to the seamless daily operations of our manufacturing/production client. You’ll ensure a safe, reliable, and meticulously maintained environment, providing the critical foundation for their success. This is an onsite opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday day shift, offering stability and a direct connection to the impact of your work.
In this dynamic role, you will apply your expertise across diverse facility systems, mastering troubleshooting, performing essential repairs, and executing proactive preventive maintenance.
