Job summary

Uline is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for its Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center in Kenosha, WI. You will supervise maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams, assign duties across trades, and respond to emergency maintenance requests.

This on-site role requires after-hours and weekend availability and reports to the facilities leadership. Key responsibilities include coordinating contractors, maintaining records, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Assist with maintenance work.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.

Set the standard for facilities excellence. As Assistant Facilities Manager at Uline's Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center, you’ll oversee several teams with a hands‑on approach to inspections and maintenance, ensuring the facility is one employees are proud to work in.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with some evenings and weekends.
