Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Lead to manage operations at our Wisconsin Distribution Center. You will lead facility operations for a large building network, plan preventive maintenance and budgets, and oversee projects across carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC disciplines.

Ideal candidates have MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical experience, with hands-on warehouse facilities management. This is an on-site role offering growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Previous hands‑on warehouse facilities management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations for your assigned building within the network.
• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Schedule, assign and perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with construction project management.
• Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.

• Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Schedule, assign and perform projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet Uline standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with construction project management.
• Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Previous hands‑on warehouse facilities management experience preferred.
