Broward House, Inc. is a not-for-profit community-based organization serving Broward County with a focus on HIV care and prevention, housing, and behavioral health. This position is responsible for maintaining all Broward House owned properties through supervision of technicians, implementing maintenance tasks, responding to work orders, and performing general HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, door hardware, and maintenance duties.

Important Notes
Must pass all drug and background screenings, including a Level 2 federal background check and motor vehicle screening.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including rotating holidays.
