Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
• Ability to read and understand documents including schematics, blueprints, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment.
• Assist, develop and administer maintenance and cleaning processes.
• Inspect work and address deficiencies as needed.
• Communicate quality issues to the VP, Buildings and Properties.
• Assist in emergency responses to building incidents.
