Job summary

MG M Resorts International's Aria Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to oversee assigned operations in the stewarding department and contribute to a guest-pleasing dining experience. You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, and manage inventory while upholding brand standards.

Candidates should be 21+, have 2+ years of stewarding experience, be flexible for morning, swing, or graveyard shifts, and be comfortable working under a CBA environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior relevant stewarding experience.
• Must be flexible and available to work Morning, Swing, or Graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan, fiscal budget, and profitability objectives.
• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with brand attributes.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling under a collective bargaining agreement.
• Provide ideas for new products, services, technology, and processes.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary procedures; inspect equipment and kitchen areas.
• Maintain inventory and recordkeeping for dinnerware, flatware, and glassware; order china, glassware, and silverware.
