Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to oversee operations, coordinate with hotel departments to ensure top service, and motivate staff toward higher efficiency. The role supports financial, employee, and guest service goals in a dynamic resort environment.

Requirements include a four-year college degree preferred and at least two years of supervising a team of 10+.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising a housekeeping staff of at least 10 employees.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees and management.
• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
• Working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.

• Assists the Executive Housekeeper administer and oversee housekeeping operations.
• Coordinates activities with other key departments in hotel to ensure the highest quality of service and hospitality.
