MCR Hotels is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at the Chicago ORD IL Hyatt Regency to oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members to execute goals and improve guest satisfaction while supporting financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented, hands-on approach, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years housekeeping supervisor experience in a full-service hotel.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.
• Supervise and train room attendants; manage workload and scheduling.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness; report and follow up on issues.
