O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations at the DoubleTree Springfield location. The role supports the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in housekeeping with supervisory responsibilities, plus a high school diploma or GED (associates or bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping experience as a room attendant/housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a commercial environment preferred.
• Minimum High School education or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including room attendants, housepersons, and laundry attendants.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures, safety, guest service expectations, and policies.
• Promote and deliver world-class guest service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Create daily room assignments and assist with staffing coverage to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards to meet department goals.
