Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group in Dallas is seeking a dedicated Assistant Housekeeper to join our management team. In this role, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service in guest rooms and public spaces. You will lead the housekeeping staff, conduct inspections, and manage work schedules based on occupancy. Here is what you will be doing each day:

In this role, you will ensure that the housekeeping staff cleans and maintains guest rooms and public spaces in accordance with client/guest expectations and Crescent and Brand standards. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of the operations of the Department, oversee housekeeping staff by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspect staff work, give guidance to correct deficiencies, and ensure standards are met. You will also help with staff work schedules based on occupancy and correct payroll to ensure accurate pay. You will provide clear direction to the staff.

Does this sound like you?

You have at least two years of experience in a similar position or three years as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You have excellent leadership skills and take pride in providing our guests the highest level of service and cleanliness. You have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and have excellent computer skills. Knowledge of the Marriott Brand is a plus. You have a passion for hospitality and for customer service.
