Qualifications

• Citizenship: United States
• Selective Service registration for certain applicants
• Licenses and credentials: U.S. Coast Guard license for designated engineer, STCW, and TWIC
• Willingness to TDY and live aboard vessels as required

Responsibilities

• Operate and stand watches aboard the dredge, perform routine inspections of equipment spaces
• Maintain dredge equipment and assist Chief Engineer with major repairs
• Abide by safety, security, and operational procedures while deployed aboard vessels
