The Arc Mercer is seeking an Assistant Employment Specialist to help individuals with developmental disabilities find and sustain meaningful employment. You will provide job readiness training, career exploration, and on-the-job coaching to promote independence and workplace success.
You will collaborate with employers to create inclusive workplaces and support needs while engaging in ongoing coaching and support for job retention and advancement.

This role involves assisting with job readiness training, career exploration, employer engagement, and on-the-job coaching to promote workplace success and independence.
