Requirements include a Master's degree in education or related field and at least three years of instructional or student-support experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, educational leadership, administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of satisfactory instructional or student-support experience in line with PDE requirements for principal certification.
• All required background checks, clearances, mandated trainings, and other employment requirements for Pennsylvania public-school administrators.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Intermediate School Principal in providing instructional, organizational, and cultural leadership for the school (grades 3-5).
• Promotes high-quality teaching and learning and a safe and supportive environment.
• Ensures effective student-support systems and positive relationships with families and staff.
