Miller Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical/Mechanical Engineer) in the United States. The role reports to the Project Manager and involves client-facing responsibilities, coordinating subcontractors for large projects, and hands-on learning through training and collaboration.

Responsibilities include estimating scope and costs, maintaining documentation, tracking budget, preparing reports, and facilitating owner/contractor meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Assistant Project Manager over commercial electrical work.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors for projects $100M+.
• Maintain project documentation and track expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports and communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Support submittal and RFI processes and assist in billing tracking.
