Job summary

Nomad Global Communication Solutions seeks an Electrical Assistant Team Lead to support the Electrical Team in completing assembly projects and ensuring on-time delivery of customer products.

You will assist in planning, safety training, and supervising team members while assembling and testing 120/240V AC and 12/24V DC systems to Nomad standards. The role emphasizes mentorship and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience at Nomad GCS.
• 2+ years in 12V/120V electrical work or related experience plus electrical cert.
• 2+ years diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical circuitry.
• 2+ years reading and following CAD.
• Ability to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, efficiency, and delivery goals in the absence of the Electrical Team Lead.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning work activities based on priority and skills.
• Provide safety training and monitor compliance with procedures.
• Monitor production schedules and supervise workmanship to Nomad standards.
• Assemble, install, test, or maintain 120/240V AC and 12/24V DC systems and wiring.
• Test electrical systems using meters and oscilloscopes to ensure safety and compatibility.
• Diagnose and repair problems with electrical equipment such as lights, relays, and generators.
• Run wires and cables for AC and DC systems and controls.
