Yellow Brick Road is looking for an Assistant Educator to support the Lead Educator in creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom where children can thrive and grow.

You will help implement play-based lesson plans, supervise activities, monitor progress, and communicate with families. Ongoing professional development opportunities are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota DHS Assistant Teacher qualification requirements.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to meet physical demands and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Educator in implementing play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans that support development.
