Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience coaching swimming or diving required.
• Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and teaches athletes in fundamentals of diving and coaches technique for the Men's and Women's Swim teams.
• Assists in selection of team members and recruiting activities in compliance with conference, NCAA, and OSU rules and regulations.
• Assists the head coach in scheduling of competitions and practices, travel plans, and equipment coordination.
• Monitors academic progress of student athletes and audits information from academic support services to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
