Hearst Connecticut Media Group in Connecticut is seeking a full-time Assistant DM to receive, store, and distribute materials in our warehouse, supporting shipping and receiving and assisting district managers with routes and delivery verifications.
The role requires forklift/pallet jack certification, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 26-50 pounds, reliable transportation, and a safety-minded approach. Benefits include health/dental/vision coverage, 401k, and paid time off.
The Assistant DM receives, stores, distributes materials and products within the Hearst Media Services Warehouse. Assists with Shipping and Receiving materials and products in a responsible manner, which requires lifting and bending. This position will also require working with District Managers on handling down routes and delivery verifications.
In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in Connecticut. The reasonable estimate, if hired in Connecticut, is $40,000 base. A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
