Job summary

TDCAA in Edinburg, TX seeks an Assistant District Attorney to represent the State of Texas in criminal prosecutions, collaborate with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses, and draft motions and briefs. You will conduct research and present cases, including jury selection and witness examination, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a JD and Texas bar license, 0-3 years of experience preferred, and strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

What We’re Looking For:
