Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in prosecuting misdemeanor cases under the supervision of experienced attorneys.
• Work closely with law enforcement, victims, and witnesses.
• Draft legal motions, trial briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on Texas laws.
• Engage actively in plea negotiations, hearings, and trials. Acquire practical courtroom experience by participating in pre-trial motions, jury selection, and case presentations under the guidance of a licensed attorney.

Qualifications:
