Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of relevant fundraising or advancement experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills for donor engagement and reporting.
• Ability to work across units and mentor volunteers while maintaining data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a philanthropy program for recent graduates with strategic solicitation plans.
• Coordinate with Annual Giving Programs to increase undergraduate alumni participation.
• Lead reunion giving for 5th, 10th, and 15th cohorts and manage related volunteers.
• Partner with Student Giving to support the student-to-alumni transition and donor retention.
• Analyze fundraising performance, prepare insights, and report on campaign outcomes.
