Job summary

The Assistant Director (level 12) of Duke’s Weekend Executive MBA, MSQM Online, and PhD Programs will work as a program manager, providing operational delivery for program(s) within the Fuqua School’s portfolio of Working Professional Programs and the PhD Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Masters in higher education administration, international studies or a business discipline preferred.
• At least three years’ experience in personnel, college or university administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic direction: improve Fuqua's program portfolio and implement new processes.
• Tactical implementation: manage day-to-day operations of the assigned program.
• Budgetary responsibilities: manage project budgets within allocated funds.
• Communication: primary contact for students; share program information clearly.
