Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate degree preferred, especially an MBA or a Master’s in Counseling.
1–5 years corporate recruiting and/or career services experience recommended.
Strong portfolio of communication skills including presentation skills.
Ability to advise MQM students on career development and job search topics.
Some travel may be required to conferences and events.

Responsibilities

Advise MQM students on career planning, with appointment and walk-up counseling.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive program of career workshops and resources.
Collaborate with MQM, MMS, MBCS and MBA programs to align career services.
Draft content for weekly newsletters and manage career resources site.
Represent the CMC to prospective students, alumni, recruiters, and stakeholders.
