Job summary

Simpson University in Redding, CA is seeking an Assistant Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions to lead the recruitment team and guide enrollment strategies. Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional student recruitment experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven past success in recruitment of students.
• Ability to train, assist, and motivate staff toward recruitment goals.
• Knowledge of financial aid, ethical recruitment practices, NACAC/NACCAP/AACRAO/ CCCU standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain high level enrollment goals with leadership input.
• Lead, supervise, and train staff in recruitment and enrollment.
• Build stronger lead pools through outreach strategies and events.
• Coordinate planning and oversight of high school and transfer events.
• Promote engagement with academic departments to relay accurate information.
• Oversee financial aid counseling in collaboration with Financial Aid.
