Qualifications

• Candidate must be approvable as a WA Assistant Director per WAC 110-300-0100.
• Experience working at a center with 100+ enrolled children.
• Must complete preservice requirements per WAC 110-300-0105.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure center is tour-ready.
• Coach teachers and support staff to meet TLE standards.
• Maintain child safety and regulatory compliance.
