Job summary

Texas Christian University seeks an Assistant Director for the Center for Supply Chain Innovation (CSCI) to lead event planning, marketing initiatives, and recruitment efforts while supporting strategic planning and partner engagement.

You will collaborate with Neeley External Relations, supervise staff, and manage programs from advisory boards to summits, ensuring a high level of professional outreach and revenue growth opportunities for the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in marketing or business development.
• Experience in supply chain management or related fields preferred.
• Experience with social media metrics and marketing materials.
• Experience with invoicing and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise major events including summer B-Tech Camp, Graduate Supply Chain Case Competition, Global Summit, Speaker Series, advisory boards, networking events and conferences.
• Develop and oversee marketing and communications for the CSCI, including social media content, schedule, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Neeley External Relations on branded marketing materials, event promotion and articles.
• Engage advisory board and partner sponsorships and revenue growth opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, market and competitive analyses, and surveys/reports as needed.
• Oversee office operations, procurement, vendor relations, contracts and expense reports in Jaggaer and Concur.
• Advise and support the TCU Supply Chain Club and student leaders in engagement opportunities.
• Align with Neeley Centers/Institutes to share resources and best practices.
