• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in financial aid or related field; experience with graduate/professional programs preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations for student aid.
• Advanced computer knowledge and accounting experience preferred.
• Some leadership experience in supervising employees is required.
• Experience in management of a program or function is required.
• Two years prior leadership experience in supervising employees is preferred.
