Qualifications

• Position requires experience leading financial operations and staff.
• Experience with sponsored projects, grants management, or higher education is preferred.
• Experience in a complex, highly regulated environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for core sponsored projects financial administration functions.
• Oversee billing, financial reporting, new account creation and post-award activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations and address complex challenges with stakeholders.
• Establish performance expectations, develop supervisors, and promote accountability.
• Lead process improvements and ensure effective execution of activities.
